PRACTICE RESET FOR THURSDAY AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY, SEASON KICKS OF ON SATURDAY, APRIL 5

BECHTELSVILLE,
PA?~ The practice session that was rained out on Saturday
afternoon at Grandview Speedway has now been rescheduled for Thursday, April 3,
with a 6 p.m. starting time. The four hour practice session is open for fan
viewing free of charge. Pit gates will open at 4 p.m.

 ?We felt it was important that racers
planning to be in competition at Grandview have a chance to practice before the
season gets started,? said track owner Bruce Rogers. ?The practice session is
open to stock cars, sprints, midgets, enduro cars and
others.?

 There will be no NASCAR license
required for the practice session but a NASCAR license will be needed in order
to enter the pits for the regular weekly stock car racing
events.

 The four hour practice will be the
final opportunity for racers to test and tune as they get ready for the 2014
season opener set for Saturday, April 5 at 7 p.m. The opening night of the
52nd annual season of stock car racing at the Berks County clay oval
will feature the NASCAR 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman stock cars in
action. Spectator gates will open at 5 p.m.

 Admission for the April 5th
racing will be $15 for adults and youngsters 12 and under will be admitted
free.

 Early arriving fans will get a chance
to see a variety of race cars on display including a 305 sprint car, an ARDC
midgets, enduro cars, NASCAR 358 Modified, Late Model and Sportsman.

 On Sunday, April 6, 1 p.m. the always
exciting Enduro racers will be in action for the first time this
season.

 And coming up on Saturday, April
12th the NASCAR 358 Modifieds will be in action in two 20-lap
features along with racing for the Late Models and Sportsman. Adult admission
for that special event will be $20 while youngsters 12 and under will pay just
$5.
