BECHTELSVILLE CAR WASH NIGHT SET AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY AND MORE

With racing rained out for the past two weeks there are a lot of anxious racers ready to go at it at Grandview Speedway on Saturday, May 21st, 7:30 p.m. Bechtelsville Car Wash, a new sponsor, will be sponsoring the night of NASCAR 358 Modified and Late Model  stock car racing. To make the evening more exciting Bechtelsville Car Wash has added a Cash Dash for the Modifieds. More than 50 Modifieds were on hand for the last show trying for 28 starting spots in the feature. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for spectators and pit gates open at 4 p.m. This week will kick off the Hard Charger Awards for both divisions of racing sponsored by Salvage Transport, Cornerstone Auto Sales and the sponsors of Bobby Gunther Walsh.  Additional information is available at www.grandviewspeedway.com.
HERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP BATTLE DIABETES. Boobie Nation will be holding the first ever walk for Diabetes at Grandview speedway on Sunday May 22nd from 10-2pm. The plan is to gather at the ticket windows by the main grand stand entrance and walk the speedway grounds . There will also be some games and snacks available. Cost per person to walk in this event will be $10.00 per person. Once you have registered there will be papers available with which you can then go to friends, family, co-workers, etc. and get donations for this great cause. All donations will be collected the day of the walk. The goal for the month of May is to raise $500.00 or more for this great cause. ON THE SAME SUNDAY the Billy Pauch Driving School will be taking place on the track at Grandview Speedway.

Tuesday, May 31, 7:30 p.m. Jesse Hockett Classic United States Auto Club National Wingless Sprint Tour and American Racing Drivers Club Wingless Midgets
Saturday, June 4, 7:30 p.m. Jesse Baro Trucking Night featuring NASCAR 358 Modifieds and Late Models
Sunday, June 5, 1 p.m. NEETS Enduro racing, Vintage Modifieds and Outlaw Slingshots. Two 100-lap features for small cars and big cars plus ladies event for the NEETS events. Two 15-lap features for Vintage Mods, Qualifying events and a 20 lap "Strapped In Magazine" feature for Outlaw Slingshots. $10 adult admission
 
GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPOSURE. On Sunday, June 5th, Skippack (PA) Village presents a Car Show. Butch Kaelin, a former ARDC car owner, owns a property there called Victorian Carriage Shops, LLC. He is offering all Grandview racers a FREE 10 x 10 space to show cars, sell t-shirts, raffle tickets, etc.
 Everything that happens in Skippack as far as promotions go are usually a success. Last weekend more than 10,000 people were in town over two days.
