NASCAR sanctioned Grandview Speedway along with the Bob Miller/Bruce Rogers promoted Thunder on the Hill Series will have a big presence at the Motorsports 2012 Presented by SEF Small Engine Fuels Race Car and Trade Show taking place this weekend, January 20-22 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.
Grandview will have a couple of race cars on display including Tom Herbertís recently completed Pink Panther No. 69 Camaro, a replica of the car that he drove to many victories in Late Model competition at Grandview years back. In addition there will NASCAR membership applications available, the 2012 season schedule, information on the 50th Anniversary Reunion Cruise and more. Representatives will be on hand to answer any questions regarding the 50th Anniversary Season that kicks off with a free-to-the-public practice session on Saturday, March 31st at 12 noon.
The point chase season gets started on Saturday, April 7th, 7 p.m. with the NASCAR 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman in action. That will be the regular Saturday night show throughout the season except for a couple of special events.
