If you want the latest info on what is happening at Grandview Speedway in 2012, the 50th Anniversary season, check in at booths 612-614/712-714 at the Motorsports 2012 Presented by SEF Small Engine Fuels Race Car and Trade Show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. Easy to get to from the Valley Forge exit of the PA Turnpike (take route 422 south to the Oaks exit). The new season will be topped by the $20,000 to win Forrest Rogers Memorial presented by Pioneer Pole Buildings and the $50,000 to win BPG Racing Freedom 76.
NASCAR license applications, season passes, season schedules (hot off the press) and the new 50th anniversary shirts will be available.
On display will be the Brad Missimer 50th anniversary modified, Tom Herbertís newly completed No. 18 - 69 Camaro Pink Panther and Mark Bitnerís USAC sprinter.
Representatives will be able to answer questions about the new season of NASCAR 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman (just about every Saturday night ). Practice is set for Saturday, March 31st for all divisions starting at noon. The official NASCAR point season gets the green at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 7. Adult admission for regular shows is just $15 while youngsters 12 and under are admitted to regular shows for FREE.
