BECHTELSVILLE, PA Four great stock car racing features will be the attraction at NASCAR sanctioned Grandview Speedway on Saturday night, May 12th.
Action will get underway at 7:30 p.m. with the running of a 30-lap NASCAR 358 Modified feature rained out last Saturday just as the 28 car field was getting ready to go racing.
A full show of stock car racing will followed with the Whelen Engineering sponsored night of racing including the NASCAR 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman stock cars.
Adult admission price is still a low $15 while youngsters 12 and under are admitted FREE. And there is always free parking on the speedway grounds.
The Al Robinson Charity Auction will close out on Saturday night with final bids being accepted for the use of the sponsor booth, 8 adult tickets, an opportunity for someone in the group to be an honorary starter for the Modified feature and all eight are invited to victory lane to have their photo taken with the Modified feature winner. Bidding for the booth to be used for BPG Racing Night on May 19th kicked off at $300 and now is topped by a $350 bid from Joe “Geezer” Fanelli.

In addition there are 8 tickets available for that night at two for $25. Again you will have to see Marilyn.
All money raised will go to the Al Robinson Charity. Al has been an outstanding PR person, announcer and journalist who has given much to the sport and has fallen on difficult time because of serious health issues.
