RCN-TV NIGHT, FREE POCONO ARCA TICKETS AND WINNER NAMED FOR JULY 18TH RACE NIGHT

BECHTELSVILLE, PA  The first 500 paying adults going through the front gate at Grandview Speedway on Saturday, July 11th for RCN-TV Night will receive a free ticket to the Pocono ARCA 200 (valued at $25). The night of racing will include a full series of qualifying events for the NASCAR Whelen All American Series 358 Modifieds and Late Models topped off by a 30-lap feature, starting 28 racers, for the modifieds and a 24-car feature for the Late Models. Fans will also have the opportunity to win tickets for the Pennsylvania 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Pocono on August 2nd.
 Racing action will get the green flag at 7:30 p.m. with spectator gates open at 5:30 p.m. Admission for adults is just $13 with children 6-11 admitted for $5 and under 6 are FREE.
 The Modified division has a close point race going on between seven time track champion Jeff Strunk and challenger Duane Howard while the late models have four racers within 300 points of point leader Ron Kline as he tries for his second title.
 The Modifieds have had 10 different winners in 11 features run this season while the Late Models have had seven winners in their 11 features.
 Coming up on Wednesday, July 15th, is the Triple Crown Night featuring the 358 Modifieds, URC Sprints and ARDC Wingless Midgets. Racing starts at 7:30 p.m.
 Saturday, July 18th, will be Robert Guinther Night presented by BPG Racing. The night is named in honor of the East Greenville, PA resident who won a contest in which fans were invited to submit letters stating why they felt a race night should be named after them. Guinther’s letter, outlining his many years as a fan at Grandview, topped all entries.
 Guinther and his guests will enjoy the night of racing sitting in the sponsor box. He will be invited to wave the green flag for the Modified feature race. All advertising and promotion for the event will carry his name. He and his guests will be photographed in victory lane with the race winners and those photos will appear on the back over of the Grandview Groove track magazine.
 The NASCAR 358 Modifieds and Late Models will be the featured attractions on Robert Guinther Night presented by BPG Racing.
 United Racing Company sprint cars will be part of a big four feature show on Saturday, July 25th. The sprints have seven laps completed from their June 13th rained out feature and will complete that race as the first event of the night. The Modifieds will run a 30-lap feature left from that same rained out night. A full show of sprint and modified racing will follow. Admission for this giant night of racing will be just $20 for adults.
 The month closes out with a NEETS Enduro event on Sunday, July 26th starting at 2:30 p.m.
 Kicking off the month of August will be the rich Forrest Rogers Memorial Classic for NASCAR 358 Modifieds on Saturday, August 1st paying $10,000 to win. The Late Models will be the added attraction on that evening.
