BECHTELSVILLE, PA. ? Climbing from his car to the sound of cheers and boos, Duane Howard exclaimed, ?that was a hell of a race,? after winning his third 30-lap NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Modified feature on Saturday night at Grandview Speedway behind the wheel of the BPG Racing No. 4.

Howard was referring to the challenge of getting through the pack and to the front from the 16th starting spot, in which he struggled. Follweiler charged to the front on the restart to become the new leader with second through fifth now comprised of Scheetz III, Swinehart, J. Strunk and Frank Cozze.

Strunk, who started 14th and was in search of his first win of the season, moved into second on the 16th lap and on the 17th lap overtook Follweiler for the lead, eluding Follweiler?s hopes of victory.
