BECHTELSVILLE, PA. ? Craig Von Dohren rallied from 21st
after winning the consi on Saturday night at Grandview Speedway and gradually
marched his self-owned No. 1C to the front of the pack in the 30-lap NASCAR
All-American Series Modified feature. The night?s activities were sponsored by
Thomas Hartnett/Thrivent Financial. The six-time point champion advanced to
second on the 21st lap and two laps later he overtook Jon Kellner for the lead.
Once Von Dohren gained control he immediately checked out and breezed to his
third win of the year at the oval. Von Dohren commented that, ?with the heat
and high humidity the track was wet, it had three grooves and was fast either
high or low.? In addition to the top prize money he received $250 from TP
Trailers, $150 worth of products from VP for running gas plus $50 from Bobby
Gunther-Walsh and sponsors for the Hard Charger award.

Mike Laise, who has not won since July 9, 2011, was the
early pacesetter for the 28-car starting grid while Bobby Gunther-Walsh, Jason
Clauss, Addison Meitzler and Glenn Owens tussled for positions.

A son and father duel for second developed by the sixth lap
between Addison Meitzler and Terry Meitzler with Terry getting the edge on the
ninth circuit.

T. Meitzler, hoping to end his winless drought not being in
the winner?s circle since July 19, 2008, became the new leader at the Dan?s Deli
?-way hoagie mark leaving Laise, A. Meitzler, Kellner and Jarrad Miller in
pursuit.

With 17 laps in the books A. Meitzler was in the third turn
wall bringing out the yellow. Not being too happy with the situation, A.
Meitzler got out of his car and threw his steering wheel at Kellner as the
field passed the scene under caution. T. Meitzler held his position on the
restart chased by Kellner, Ryan Grim, Miller and Von Dohr
