FIRECRACKER 40 FOR BRC LATE MODELS, TWO FEATURES FOR MODIFIEDS AND A 25-LAPPER FOR SPORTSMAN MAKE FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY WEEKEND START AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY; WITH 20 FEATURE WINNERS SO FAR WILL THERE BE MORE NAMES ADDED TO THE LIST?

Competition is the name of the game at Grandview Speedway this season. With 20 feature winners out of 24 feature races run there will be many racers looking to add their name to the impressive list during the racing action on Saturday night.

Four big features including the Firecracker 40 for BRC Late Models which will pay $2000 to the winner make up the big holiday weekend kickoff event. The TP Trailers NASCAR 358 Modifieds will race in two 30 lap features as a result of a rainout last weekend. And the 25-lap Sportsman feature will top the night.

Imagine four features and a bunch of qualifying events making up the great night of racing.

Admission for the night is just $20 for adults with youngsters 6 thru 11 paying just $5. And children under 6 are admitted free.

Spectator gates open at 5:30 p.m. and at the same time the Low Down and Dirty Meet & Greet, featuring a few of the drivers with race cars, takes place at the main gate. Racing will get the green flag at 7:30 p.m.

And when it is all over, race cars are turned off, fans are invited into the pit area to visit with drivers and get a close up of the racers and race cars.
