Advance Ticket Reserve Program Allows for Early Gate Admission to Thunder on the Hill Events

BECHTELSVILLE, PA — Race fans interested in early event admission can take part in our Advance Ticket Reserve.

Advance tickets are available by calling 443-513-4456. You can leave a message with your name, contact number, the event you’re requesting ticket to, and the number of tickets you’re requesting.

Tickets may be picked up and paid for at the Grandview Speedway will call window on race night after 4:00 PM. Advance ticket holders are eligible to enter the grandstands at 4:30 PM a full half-hour before General Admission tickets go on sale.

The 29th Season of NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series action kicks off on Sunday, May 27 at Grandview Speedway.

On the agenda, is the 21st Annual Traffic Jam – a special event that features the Big-Block and Small-Block Modifieds competing in a 40 Lap event that pays a whopping $5,000 to the race winner, and includes a lucrative $1,000 payday for tenth, and $500 to start the main event.  Along with a $1,300-to-win Sportsman event and the MASS Sprint Car Series.

Spectator gates will open at 5 PM, with racing action set for 7:30 PM.  Adult General Admission is $25, Children 6-11 are $10, and Children 5 and Under are Free of Charge.  Pit Area pricing is $35, and a license is not required.

NAPA Auto Parts continues their long run with the Thunder on the Hill Racing Series as the title sponsor joined by Pioneer Pole Buildings, Levan Machine and Truck Equipment and GALCO Business Communications.

THUNDER ON THE HILL RACING SERIES EVENTS AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY

Thunder on the Hill Racing Series events are held at Grandview Speedway, one of the most historic and celebrated dirt track venues in the Northeastern United States. Located just east of Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania, Grandview Speedway is a one-third-mile, high-banked clay oval that has hosted continuous professional stock car racing since opening in 1963.

Built by Forrest Rogers and operated by the Rogers family for multiple generations, the speedway has become known for its exciting, close-quarters racing and deep roots in grassroots motorsports.
