According to unofficial point standings for the first time since 1999 the Modified championship goes to a driver not named Strunk, Von Dohren or Howard with Mike Gular winning his first track championship. Gular was not able to win a feature but did have consistent weekly performances that took him to the title.
Young racing talent Louden Reimert grabbed the Sportsman title. Like Gular it was his first championship and it was done without a feature win.
And Danny Snyder, making his return to Grandview after being away for a few years, won three features and added other strong showings to win the Late Model title.
